CARACTERE
Tanins – Cotes du Rhone
Aromas of strawberry, spicy notes. Hints of raspberry and earth.
Tanins – Cote du Roussillon
Tanins – Faugères
Tanins – Côteaux du Languedoc
Great finesse with hints of roasted coffee and griot. Pleasant notes included vanilla bring to this wine a long and harmonious finish.
Tanins – Syrah Chardonnay
Tanins – Bordeaux
This wine has a dark red dress. It is nicely concentrated and intense. Its aromas are deep, with notes of soaked fruits, a well-balanced wooded taste, and a very good final in mouth.
Tanins – Côtes de Provence
This wine has a orange pink colour, hints of crushed strawberry. In the mouth, it is round and supple, nice balance, harmonious and pleasant wine.
TERROIR
Tanins – Vacqueyras
This wine has a seductive purple tint. The nose is very aromatic with blackberry, blackcurrant and black cherry aromas. The mouth is characterized by a bold initial attack but quickly subsides into a softer, richer wine due to its delicate tannins. The final is composed of enticing notes of spice (nutmeg, clove).
Tanins – Saint Joseph
This wine presents an enchanting ruby robe with purple tints. Its aromatic bouquet interwaves red fruits notes and spices (white pepper). The mouth is supple with tight and fine grained tannins, and become spicier with red fruits. This wine is served at 16°c after a soft aeration.
Tanins – Schistes Dores
Beautiful crimson robe, rich and complex nose with the aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), of humus, spices, chocolate. This wine expresses already all its power and its richness. The mouth is balanced, with a powerful structure to the firm tannins, with a very beautiful persistence.
Tanins – Tete de cuvee
Golden robe; in its youth, a buttered, toast, vanilla dimension will dominate at first and then it will give way to fruits: pears in syrup, dried bananas. As it gets older, dried fruits and candied fruits dominate. A lively attack thanks to a hint of acidity followed by a very good fullness in mouth confirms the olfactive aromas which will give a surprising persistence.
Tanins – Chateauneuf du Pape
This wine presents a deep ruby colour. The complex and warm nose is intensified after three years of aging in bottle. The fruits and spicy notes of the first years evolve to aromas of more riped fruits, griots or even trufles and cedar. Its fleshy and strong mouth is very elegant and very well balanced. Good tannins give this wine great aging potential.
